Banana Republic bracelet.
The key is not to overdo it. Don’t get carried away with crazy patterns but instead, limit yourself to one part of the body and express yourself through color and shine.
Bracelets:
Either a cuff bracelet, or bangle bracelets are a safe and quirky way to pop an outfit. Banana Republic’s Graphic Cuff ($49.50) has just enough color and shape to stand out, but also can match and tie together neutral colors.

J.Crew Bamboo Bangles.
J.Crew’s Bamboo Bangle ($22.50) is perfect because you can mix and match the variety of colors without going overboard. As hard is it may be to choose, limit yourself to a three bangle per outfit.
Necklace:
Trending now are charm necklaces. Anthropologie has a great option where you can create your own charm necklace that is uniquely you. To start off, they have several chains to choose from and countless charms ranging in size and color for you to change out according to your outfit. Depending on the charms you choose, stick to 2-3 charms per chain. Chains range from $18-$22, and charms start at $15, and go to $22.

Earrings from Wink Boutique.
Stud earrings are safe and appropriate for the office. When properly executed, dangling earrings can make for a clean and fun look, but make sure they don't jingle when you walk.
Wink Boutique has studs that are smart and simple, and not those standard pearls or diamonds ($29.95).
Frozen Abydos Posts ($28) from Anthropologie have just enough sparkle without being too flashy.
