A woman was reportedly assaulted in Rose Park. She was walking near the bathrooms, when she saw a man who was masturbating. He lunged at her as she passed him. She ran to safety to call the police. The police took her statement, but were unable to locate the man. The woman describes the man as 5'11' with dark skin. He was wearing dark clothes with red and white underwear.
